• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. If your plan specifies a different check-in time, that time takes precedence.

• Is parking available?

  Yes. Free parking for 60 cars is available.

• How long does it take from the airport or the port?

  By car, about 40 minutes from Amami Airport, about 15 minutes from Naze Port, and about 10 minutes from central Naze.

• Can I get here by bus?

  We can pick you up at the bus stop. Please contact us in advance if you would like this service.

• Do all rooms have an ocean view?

  Yes. All 45 rooms face the ocean and have a balcony.

• Are the rooms non-smoking?

  All rooms are non-smoking.

• Can I use the public bath without staying overnight?

  Yes. It is open 6:00〜23:00 (last entry 22:30). The fee is 2,000 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for elementary school children and 750 yen for preschool children. It is free for hotel guests.

• What are the restaurant hours?

  Breakfast 7:00〜10:00, lunch 11:30〜14:30, dinner 18:00〜21:30 at Restaurant yui (94 seats).

• Can we hold a wedding here?

  Yes. We host ceremonies and receptions, including small ceremonies. Please contact us for details.

• How do I make a reservation?

  Please use our official reservation site. Plans that include flights are handled by Time Design (tel 0570-039866).
