Western-style cooking built on fresh island ingredients and seasonal produce, alongside local favourites such as keihan chicken rice. Each plate is prepared with care, right at the water’s edge.

The hotel stands beside Amami’s sea gateway, Naze Port. We build our menu around the season’s catch, brought in from the water directly in front of us, alongside the local dishes of Amami.
